Returns & Refunds
This section is for if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item by mistake.
You have the right to cancel an order without reason at anytime with 14days. For returns please email email@example.com and return (at your own expense) within the 14day window of order. We will then refund, replace or apply store credit (whichever is preferred) within 14days of receiving and inspecting the goods. Refund will be for the full amount paid of the returned goods. If its through no fault of our own postage will not be refunded. The cooling off rights do not apply to anything bespoke, personalised or pre-ordered. Any deposits take are 100% non-refundable.
We only accept returns of products still in original un-damaged packaging and in full re-salable condition.
Most products will come with a manufactures warranty. Duration and extent of warranty varies from product to product so please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures/videos and brief description of issue to discuss. With genuine faulty goods where possible we aim to replace with another completely free of charge but may be subject to inhouse or manufacture inspection.
Wrong Item/s Arrived
If for any reason we have sent you the wrong size, colour, fitment ect please email us at email@example.com. If its a genuine mistake on our behalf we will take full responsibility of all costs associated with rectifying the issue.
